Dr. Joyce Horn joined For Women, Inc. from private practice in Wilmington, Delaware in 1990. She received her medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School in 1983 and completed her OB/GYN residency at The University of Cincinnati, where she met Drs. LeMasters and Clark. She received her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science with a minor in music specializing in piano from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
Dr. Horn is Board Certified by The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a member of The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, The Ohio State Medical Association, The American Medical Association, The Academy of Medicine of Cincinnati and The Cincinnati Obstetrical and Gynecological Society.
Dr. Horn takes an active role as a patient advocate by serving on the Quality Assurance Committee at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati. Her private practice focuses on general obstetrics, gynecology and gynecologic surgery.
Dr. Horn and her husband, Dr. Jerry Tassett have three children; Justin, Julia, and Jacob. She currently enrolled in the Culinary Arts Program at Cincinnati State, and is enjoying the pursuit of this long-neglected passion. She resides with her family in Indian Hill where they are members of All Saints Parish.
